Building Student Peacemakers
​

This video highlights the 23rd Annual Peace "It" Together Summit and the work of student peer mediators .  The summit is a collaborative event between FCPS and George Mason University's School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution.  Over the years, more than 25,000 students from various school districts and states have attended to learn about leadership, problem solving, mediation and Restorative Justice. 

Conflict Resolution 101
​

A 3 hour training in which participants explore the nature of conflict, responses to conflict, and possible strategies for understanding and resolution.  As participants go through the training, they complete a Conflict Map.  This tool allows participants to anyalyze a difficult situation of their choosing.

Online Peer Mediation Platorm (OPMP)
​

JAMS Foundation funded the Online Peer Mediation Platform (OPMP), a 2-year project initially managed by the Association for Conflict Resolution, and now managed by the Association of Peer Program Professionals.  To learn more about the project, check out this article Online Peer Mediation Platform.
